The one thing I noticed and loved so much this winter was the fringe!. Celebrities like Vanessa Hudgens, Mischa Barton and Kate Moss all rocked the fringe trend. From boots to bags to vests. In my opinion, wearing it with a pair of jeans and plain top would look perfect. And the key is not to over dress it with accesories, keep it simple and let it do the magic.
